Terrible drive thru service during the weekday mornings around 6 am. Had three cars in front of me and waited almost 10 minutes... to get my coffee. Seems staff want to socialize with every car in the drive thru and it was obvious you didn?t have drinks readywhen the cars came to the window. No excuse for the lack of urgency or the lack of customer service. The icing on the cake wasthe attitude I receive from the male barista working the register at the window. I made it clear I was in a hurry and he satthere and turn his head and handed me my coffee rudely. I could tell he was trying to make me wait until ?He was ready?. Sorryfor making you work!!! But thanks for the free coffee at least. This isn?t the first incident at this Starbucks but it will bethe last. I?m done with the messed up drink orders and poor customer service. It seems as though all of the Starbucks in the area are hit or miss but this one is the worst. I think the only good thing I've... had from here is a frappucino? I gave it many chances but pretty much everytime I get a latte it just tastes like milk. How isthat possible?! You just press a button for espresso and do the correct number of pumps. I don't know if this store needs morestandardized training or what but I'll tell you, even though this is the closest Starbucks to me I will do my BEST to avoid itlike the plague. If I'm traveling around NC and see a new Starbucks location, I like to stop in and grab a drink (check out the atmosphere).... Today... I got a Chai Tea Frappuccino, very cold and delicious. I needed a pick-me-up, & it hit the spot. If you like Chai teayou have to try it as a frozen milk drink. Read more
I went through u the drive-thru. The are very thoughtful. Even just a little jester helps you go on about your day. She offered... some napkins. I wasn't even thinking. I was about to drive off but I was you know you're right. Better safe then sorry. Read more
This was our first visit to the new Starbucks cafe at Union Cross, which is so pretty and has a nice calm ambiance. The cookies... and cream cake pops were rich and fudgey, and our favorite drinks- The pink drink and Chocolate Cream Cold Brew were sodelicious. Read more
Nice store, clean and organized. However if a customer orders a black pike place coffee and the coffee is directly behind you go... ahead and pour that coffee. It does not require a barista to do this unless Starbucks has gone union and I was not aware of it.If you?re getting paid and you?re standing around while customers are waiting then something?s wrong. They had me waiting almost 40 minutes for a mobile Order I put in 10 minutes before I got there to pick it up at its estimated... time. The second time I went, I gave them another chance and they had me waiting for almost 20 minutes and made me late for workagain. My friend who went through the drive through was taken as a bigger priority over my mobile ahead order and was alreadyout of the line with her beverage while I was still inside waiting for my coffee that never came.
