We went in around 2:30 3:00 a.m. and there was two other tables already eating their food Upon Our arrival. We sat down we... ordered drinks we got the food the food was great and I don't use ketchup in a bottle because it's refrigerated and then sit onthe table then it's refrigerated and back and forth back and forth so it makes it taste sour and I do not like it. So Iproceeded to ask my waitress if she would hand me some ketchup packs she still handed me to catch up bottle and I was like noma'am can I have ketchup packs please and she smashed the bottle of grabbed a handful of ketchup packs and slam them down thetable and walked away I said Thank you and she never even acknowledged me that I existed customer service was pathetic the foodwas phenomenal the service was pathetic I will not be back to that Waffle House ever again Read more
Came and sat down, 4 people came in and all got greeted and asked what to drink while we sat there waiting. We thought it was... because we sat at the bar?nope! A guy walked in and within 10 seconds got greeted so we walked out. Never coming back anddefinitely not recommending to anyone if you want decent service at least. What a shame Read more

Wow this was the worst service ever! I will never come back to this waffle house. Where to start ?Only two guests that includes... myself in the restaurant. young lady has a rhino nose ring no problem, has a do rag on her head, my table is sticky and she [ Imean the server] takes a cigarette break outside in front of the store sitting on a chair. A customer comes in for a to goorder, the young lady again [ server ] sit another 30 to 40 seconds smoking her cigarette, comes in and DOESN'T WASH HERHANDS!!! Starts taking the customers order. Great food and Service. Only thing is the cook didn't have a net on over his hair or a beard net. If I recall from my days in... restaurant management all cooks that had beards had to wear a beard net and a hair net. The cook had a lot of hair and a goodsize beard. But over all, it was a Great place. Read more
I am a truck driver and was on the road all day and came here in the evening for dinner after not eating all day! The cook with... the dreads and the two girls working in side with him were wonderful. They were all very pleasant, had me laughing and made theenvironment very welcoming and enjoyable! The cook did an amazing job on my food too! Great customer service these three allneed raises because I can assure you that they will keep your customers coming back and happy!! I stopped by here on my way home from work on 4/19/22 as it was a ?fend for self? type of day for dinner. I had been craving... Waffle House, so I decided to stop on by. There was only 1 couple in the restaurant, so it wasn?t busy at all. I was able toWaitress said they got new menu a few months ago and will be getting another soon. She added that they get new menus often andthe prices go up. I ordered my food around 7:52pm and they started working on it pronto. I ordered my usual, Texas baconcheesesteak melt (onions included) with regular hashbrowns and a sweet tea. Tabby said the tea was a fresh batch. It wasn?t bad,but wasn?t sweet enough for me haha. I added some sugar that was on the table and it was good to go! My food was ready around7:56pm. My food was tasty and definitely satisfied my craving! You ever had over cooked hashbrowns?? Ew! These were definitelynot it as they were cooked to perfection. My waitress was Tabby, per name badge. She, along with the female cook (Sandria),we?re really sweet and friendly. When it picked up a little bit, I watched Sandria change her globes frequently and helped outTabby when people started. It was great to see teamwork! After I finished eating, I had to use the restroom. I must admit thatthe restroom smelled funny? almost like dirty mop water BUT it was clean, nonetheless, for Waffle House. Overall, pretty goodexperience. If I wasn?t playing games on my phone, I would?ve been in and out in 25 or less minutes. There is a jukebox by thewindow if anyone wants to listen to their favorite tunes. No issues or complaints for this visit. One suggestion (as if anymanager is reading this, would be to have a way to utilize coupons without printing them off. I had a free waffle for mybirthday and I forgot to print it before I left work. First off, I love Waffle House; but not this one. I know to expect a wait but I went and was the only person waiting while all... the tables were full. One table left, nobody cleared it or sat me. Another couple left, nobody cleared it or sat me. Eventually, after about 45 minutes of being the only person there waiting and looking at a mostly empty restaurant with nothingbut dirty tables the staff decided to take a break from chatting in the middle to go smoke a cigarette out back. That's when Ileft. This is after the last time where my basic order, no special requests, was messed up 3 times. Read more
