I was really disappointed with the service I received. The service was poor and the food was horrible. It took the staff 4... times to get my order right and even at that they still didn't get it right. Needless to say I left hungry after waiting 15minutes each time they tried to make my food right!! The nachos were very Chripy...they left off the peppers for me..my mom didn't eat hers said they were way to hot!
The garlic bread tasted Weird. Absolutely disgusting. And literally every thing was grilled, and wasn?t cooked the way it should... have been. I?ve been coming here for years and I?ve always gotten the Shrimp Cajun Pasta. Idk what it was today but it wasabsolutely disgusting. Read more

Having just moved to Kerrville, we came here for the first time on a weekday for lunch, as it was familiar to us. Chili?s is one... of our favorite places to eat during our travels across the country. We know to expect good service, good options, and goodfood. The only positive here was that we were seated right away. However as we were taken to our seats I realized the reason wedidn?t have to wait was that there were so many empty tables. Once seated we felt invisible. We saw many staff members workingand walking right by us, but no one even took our drink order. As we scanned the menu, we noticed that our favorite option thatwe get at every Chili?s was not on the menu. After a long wait, we saw a worker bring drinks to the folks at a nearby table.They had been there before us We heard them tell that individual that they had been waiting a long time and no one had takentheir food order. The reply was that she didn?t know why, that she was working on the other side at the bar and was told tobring these drinks to them but didn?t know why their order had not been taken. Then she walked away. It was at that point thatwe decided to go somewhere else. We stayed long enough to be disappointed in the service and the limited menu options, but notthe food. Dining in their great, take out they suck. Order was wrong , food cold. Could have had better take out from McDonald's
