Normally I get great service here but today was a whole other experience. I ordered 3 pizzas a stuffed crust pep, a three meat,... and an ultimate Supreme. Easy enough nothing fancy. I placed my order at 6:39 and didn't receive my order until 7:30. The wholetime im waiting i can hear the cooks essentially playing in the back. When the cashier (and I know it's not his fault) finallycalled me after a woman put it next to him and whispered that my order was ready and to offer me a 2 liter if I wanted it, ittook another 5 minutes for the cashier to call me up and he tried to say oh I don't know it's just sitting here. I told him thatI watched the woman put it there a few minutes before and that it had been an hour all he said was sorry then turned away. Afterjust shaking my head and walking away I open my pizzas at home to find the absolute worst cutting job ever the slices were justhorrendous if I could even take them apart. Little Caesars is the best place if you want to get pizza quickly. That is, if they're not too busy. Just a heads up, if they... tell you 5 minutes assume it's going to be longer than that. But then at the same time, it was quite interesting while me and myfather were waiting for our pizza and chicken wings, they were calling out people's names and half of them didn't even show up.For example, they mentioned one man's name three times in a period of 15 minutes, and he was nowhere to be seen. In fact, peoplewere looking around each time wondering where he was. Eventually about 20 minutes went by and my father went to inquire if ourfood was ready. Ironically it had been ready for more than 10 minutes and they had never called their names. I know, because meand Dad were both listening intently. In addition, they initially only gave us our pizza and my dad said where are our wings? Towhich the cashier, whom I assume was a high schooler, casually said oh you want wings? And my dad confused, said well of course,because we paid for them. Thankfully the manager stepped into fix the confusion. In the end, the food was great. But theservice could use a little overhaul. One bonus thing to mention, while we were waiting for the food a gentleman came up andinquired how long we had been waiting. I explained we had been waiting for 20 plus minutes even though they said it would onlybe 5 minutes. He then said: hmmm, I suppose I will place my order then walk over to HEB, do some shopping, then come back. Weall had a good laugh and thankfully that's when my food was ready. Read more
The past few orders with little ceasar have been awful. Our orders have not been prepared as order. The employee asked me when I... wanted to pick up orders. That should have been a sign to hang up and cancel order. When we stood there to re-order, our orderstill was wrong. Come on L.C. that is your only job and still can't do it right. Manager hire thise who really want to work.Sorry not sorry won't be ordering again. Read more
My thin crust Supreme was anything but crispy. Very few toppings. Did not live up to their normal expectations. Lady that took... the order acted like she was doing me a favor, seemed bothered when i asked questions. Just Unfriendly. Maybe greeting customers and thanking them for the business when they leave would help. After all Kerrville has a bunch of pizza places other thanLittle Ceasars . I have been a fan of Little Caesars for years - but I have quit them over their lousy /horrible "thin crust" pizza. It is... absolutely Not thin crust. I have given them the benefit of doubt for the past 6 weeks (once a week delivery ) thinking theyjust made a mistake. No longer! I have quit them and switched to Pizza Hut which does have a true thin crust. Pizza Hut's thincrust pizza are great, but horribly expensive. Read more
Love this location. The staff is always friendly, nice and helpful. Pizzas are fresh. Location is good, close to the river and... right off of main street. They usually are busy and sometimes it takes a little longer but it's okay with me as it's kerrvillesonly location. Thos location does have benches to eat at inside as well as a little bar type. They also have paper plates ifyou need them, just ask for them. Read more
I?m giving them 4 stars because i want them to stay in the somewhat barren Kerrville pizza landscape. (I?m heavily biased; I... grew up literally over a New York City pizza parlor.) The service is spotty and the wait is sometimes 10 minutes and othertimes 35. But the deep deep dish pizza is awesome, except when part of it is served upside down. (See photo.) Given the options,I value Little Caesar?s and hope they can make a few small tweaks here and there to improve service. [UPDATE 9/2/2021:consistency and timeliness has gotten a lot better since I last wrote. I?m glad they are still around, especially after Covid,because their pizza in terms of fast food pizza is the best around in my opinion.] Read more
