I ordered 4 sausage mcmuffins in the drive thru this morning. They hand me the wrong order, then tell me to pull forward and... wait. 5 minutes go by. A young lady finally brings me my order and walks away. My order is short one sandwich. I go in and tellthem. Nobody seems very bright. As a fair amount of time passes they tell me they ran out of sausage. So you run out of sausageshort me a sandwich and hope I don't notice? They now hand me a sandwich and it turns out to be a mcgriddle. I've never beenimpressed with any of the Kerrville mcdonald's. The employees are never really that friendly. Never very clean. In generalnever a good experience. I like mcdonald's but I will stay away from any of the Kerrville locations. Any good reviews have tobe fake to offset all the bad reviews. Read more
Location at 600 Sidney Baker. They always get my drink size wrong. Don't give total when ordering so you can have it ready at... the window. Never give condiments or a receipt. So much salt on fries I started choking while driving. Frozen beverage machineis usually out of order. Black hair on my napkin, I don't have black hair! I understand the reason for hiring all the young kidsbut the Manager should be making sure they are doing things correctly. Read more
The store is clean inside. The employees have positive perspectives. The prices are very fair. The food is prepared and... delivered in a timely manner. Their menu is very easy to read. The attitude of these people at this location is disgusting. You want to talked about a lazy staff with an entitlement attitude,... this is the place for you. Cold fries , ignorant staff can't tell a large from small , can't get an order complete. Themanagement of this establishment has to be something to tolerate DA's like this. Great staff. I had a pretty big order and they got it all correct. The staff double checked that everything was good before we... took off. It wasn't too busy when I stopped by but we were definitely not the only ones in line. They still managed to get ourorder out in a timely manner, even tho it was a pretty big order. Read more
