Been coming to this particular location for a little over a year. First of all great staff! Specifically want to acknowledge... Brayden. This young man is polite and courteous...great customer service skills. Y'all would do well to get him additionaltraining from corporate. Our pizza was delicious, but the visible work counter space was terribly dirty & coverd with food, you could even see in the... edges where the that food had gathered there had been there long enough to dry. 2 young men & young lady "working" and only oneother customer besides us. This is only the second time to order from this location. Both times I had to wait 20 minutes because they were training staff... and call in orders took priority. Interesting that they didn't make the pizza until customers came to pick up. The pizza wasmissing ingredients and no instructions. Called to ask for baking instructions but no answer even though I called 4 times.Finally found instructions online. The pizza is great but I won't be tipping in the future because the service has been lacking. Read more

We just moved to TX.We haven't had Papa Murphys in years due to it not being in our state. I was so thrilled to see one. We... ordered a LG pepperoni, pepperoni and sausage and 5 cheese bread. It was fantastic! The customer service was awesome, wasgreeted as soon as I came in the door, staff was friendly and helpful, super fast as well. We will definitely be coming back! Read more
