I normally don't come on here and rate food but I just had the worst Popeyes of my life today. Every single thing was cold, the... fries, the chicken, the biscuit, the mashed potatoes and gravy all so cold it was almost unedible. No wonder they put my colddesert on the hot food, because the hot food was cold lol. This was today, just now around 5:45 pm on 10/8. Ordered spicy Chicken tenders 5 pc meal and my husband ordered the shrimp and spicy chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were... old limp and greasy soggy, the shrimp was dark brown nasty. The place had very few employees working on site, and they were very behind on orders. I have to say I felt bad for the manager... as he was very polite and the employees intentionally ignored him. Ironically, I could not get a fountain drink because thecoke machine (the kind that lets you mix and match flavors) was broken due to a water leak. I mean the thing was leaking watereverywhere. I even had to tell them of the leak since there was no wet floor sign. Also, many of the tables were unclean. Totop it all off, one of my biscuits was burned, and the chicken in the sandwich was partly soggy. The later was still ediblethankfully. In conclusion, if I were you, I would look for a different Popeyes because whoever is the owner of that place needsto get a different job because he or she does not know how to adhere to company standards. The biscuits were not the normal ones. These were a heavy dry biscuit. The shrimp was over cooked. The soda machine was messed... up, all they had was three kinds of diet drinks. I asked for Popeyes sauce and got BBQ sauce. Very bad experience for the visit Read more

Lobby was closed and on the door it said 9am-10pm and they signaled us to go through the drive through so we did. One person was... in line and no one inside and when we pulled up we tried ordering and and they told us it?s gonna be a couple minutes well 15minutes go by and we tried ordering again and they the guy gave us a attitude and told us to wait and so we did and than another15 minutes go by and we finally got order and then we pulled up and payed and the guy gave us attitude and then told us to pullforward and wait even longer. We like Popeyes but the one in Kerrville Texas definitely needs to be managed better. When wegrabbed our drinks the guy didn?t close one of them fully and it spilt on the steering wheel and then I proceeded to ask fornapkins and got attitude. This is the 3rd time our order has been messed up... and you can not get ahold of anyone. Food is over cooked, more like it was... reheated.. yucky! Didn't even get everything we ordered! They are rude!! We figured we would give them 1 more shot... but heckNO, not after this time!!! My guess this will be the next place to close down!!
