Excellent place to have lunch. They offer gluten-free cookies and gluten-friendly bread for their sandwiches. I had a BLT on... gluten-friendly bread, elderberry lemonade, black medium roast coffee, and a gluten-free matcha cookie. My hubby had a tunamelt and lemonade. Such an adorable place! Delicious coffee, tea, wonderful staff and loved the local products. A local treasure.
From the time I walked in until the time I left Amanda (owner) was very attentive and enthusiastic in answering my questions.... She was thorough in explaining their mantra of buying beans from female farmers. The place was clean and very inviting. Duringmy visit I'd say at least 5 people came in for coffees to go. I first heard of Elpida from being served @thelazydaisyrestaurant in Newmarket which is a partner of Elpida and has their own blend of coffee (if you want to try and not go up toKeswick if you're in Newmarket like I am. ) I cannot wait to try the Maple flavoured coffee tomorrow. Amanda actually let mebuy a sample bag she had set aside for a potential partner. I strongly recommend you visit and support this local business thatopened firing the pandemic. They're more then helpful in recommending different items for what your in the mood for. I have ordered many drinkshere and have never been disappointed.
