Super upset with this location I went to the dry food, order my food and ask you a question about one of the coupon for the... festive meal meal. The lady on the other end completely ignored me and then when I got up to the drive-through window, they saidthey cancelled my order and I had to sit there and place my order again for the second time which already annoyed me thecustomer experience is horrible and terrible. I?ve never had such horrible experience in my life and asked me to park in spotnumber two for pick up and when you?re 25 minutes this is getting ridiculous. Read more
Was in the restaurant a while ago today and can say that the cashier with the fly away butterfly eyelashes who gave me the "just... so you know" reply was quite rude. She called over the shorter European looking older woman who was even more rude. Becareful who you are ignorant to as you just never know who works for Corporate!!!! More training has to be provided as thesestaff haven't half a clue. I ordered a wrap and asked for everything on it, as in veggies. In any other store much like asub shop, sauces are put on last and not part of the "everything" condiments. He was about to put ketchup on top of my grilledchicken. WOW. Its a wrap, not a burger. Good thing I was paying attention and didnt go through drive thru or i would havehad every sauce available on the counter in my wrap. What a mess! Will only go back for a challenge! Read more

This place makes you wait astronomical wait times for food that you didn?t order or that they messed up. I?m so sick of the... employees here that just don?t seem to care about the orders or the customers, they just care about getting paid and leaving.Will NEVER be back. The person before us in line tonight even got his order messed up! Just over it! Please work on hiring staffwith experience and actual knowledge and working ears. Thanks. Read more

Ordered a crispy chicken burger with "everything except jalapeno" and got no toppings at all. No mayo, no ketchup, no mustard,... no toppings nothing. Not going back here. I would give no stars if I could. But since I can?t, I Ordered a pick up order for dinner tonight and they gave us the wrong... persons order. Didn?t realize it till I got home. I sent hubby in with the receipt and a picture of the order so it could getfixed. They ?remade? it, but it ended up still being wrong. Missing items and wrong burgers. Definitely not giving them anotherchance. Read more

My daughter and I stood there for 25 minutes for pick up my mobile order??? She was counting her sauces while we were waiting,... and then she didn't know where the milk was, And she can't even put the lid on the coffee cup ?.she deserved better guidancebefore she go to work. Read more

They had alot of staff working behind the counter. In most places the focus is usually on the drive thru orders but at this... location the focus was on both. Each staff were busy doing what their job was. The manager kept talking to the staff about theorders coming in and going out. Great communication and a great team. Food was great and fast. I had the hot dog and I have tosay it's one of the best hot dogs I've had in a long time. Read more
