Very disappointing. I show up at the KFC and it's drive through only. I'm driving so not a huge concern although I prefer to go... inside and order. So I pull in to place my order and the ordering box is blocking a portion of the menu. Not a smart design. Ihad to reverse just to see it. I ordered a big crunch sandwich with extra mayo and by the time I got home I found a foreignorange sauce on my sandwich. Most likely spicy mayo or Chipotle. Regardless my sandwich was ruined as far as I'm concerned. Iphoned the restaurant to fix this and after about 5 calls with no answer I figured it was review time. My fries seemed like theywere several hours old. Needless to say it was a waste of money and looks like they don't care. And one last thing, the bigcrunch was not big nor crunchy. Hmmmmmmmm. None of the above? Got into the drive through at 5:20 cones went up behind me. Wait half hr till I get to the order box. 5:50 pm... go to order a bucket and then some told no chicken?. What. Close the inside doors so no one can walk in. Hope this place closesdown. Read more
ible!what the hell has happened to kfc ? Are there no franchise expectations/quality control.I ordered a famous chicken sandwich... and poutine and it was $18 and gross . Terrible. We had some kfc bought at Keswick location and it was brutal. Old chicken. Brown brown brown like it was reheated so... many times. Fries were old. You can taste the old on them. Macaroni and coleslaw was old. They were disgusting. This locationshould be shut down. This isn?t the first time at that matter. It?s happened a few times where we?ve had gross reheated food andwe thought this time maybe it would be better. But nope. Never are we going again. I will drive further if I have to. Read more

They have the dining room closed. So had to stand in the drive thru for pick up. Called the store because there was nobody to be... found at the drive thru. Chicken was sad to say the least(small, dry), the fries tasted stale, gravy was clumpy. This store hasterrible hours, they close at 6pm. How in earth do they make any money. Stopped by to grab dinner, was a little just before 18:30 on Saturday. Drive through was blocked, doors were locked and no signs... were posted. Store hours posted online say they're open till 20:00 on Saturdays, so I guess they closed up early and went home.??????? Ended up going to Popeyes across town and trying them out. I tried the classic deluxe chicken sandwich, it's without adoubt the best chicken sandwich I've had and I would 100% ???? recommend them. What mess pulled up in a work truck that doesn?t fit in the drive through doors locked drive through only?
