Extremely unfriendly personnel. No ?Hi? at the cash register. Orders were literally thrown with a poker face and I was honestly... shocked as I was friendly and using ?thank you? style of behaviour. Read more

We were very disappointed at the Keswick McDonald's. We came at 11:30 pm, it was fairly busy but for the amount of cars going... thru was very slow getting our order. Had to wait for our burgers and fries combos. When we got it, the fries were limp and Lukewarm, burgers were sloppy put together and cold. You would think they would have been hot because of our waiting time. And 1apple pie was all they had when we ordered 2 so we didn't bother. This is our second time coming thru this drive thru and weweren't pleased then either. Won't be back. Read more
Garbage location. Slow doesn?t even come close to describing them. The staff are very rude. The guy working the counter at lunch... told everyone he wasn?t taking orders so to use the machine and if paying cash, get change from him. So why not take the order?Lazy and entitled. Not even worth minimum wage. Just go to the real restaurant up the street, this locations staff are low classtrash. Read more
