We ordered a pizza at 5:30 and we were told it would be 30 mins. At 6:30 pm we called back and they said they would make a fresh... pizza and be over in 15 mins. At 7:05 pm we received the pizza/wings and the pizza/wings were cold. We called back to complainand the owner offered us only a $40 credit. This is the WORST restaurant in Keswick and has terrible customer service. The ownerneeds a lesson on how to treat his customers. Read more
Last time I went to pizza hut a few months ago it was great, medium for 10 ish dollars, they put a coupon on it so I could get a... dollar off and the pizza tasted great. Today I went and got a "personal pizza" because they did not have a small size it was$5.69 with bacon because of, yet again a coupon from the cashier, I asked her how many slices were on the personal pizza and shesaid 4 "like a regular small pizza from anywhere else" according to the cashier. When i got the pizza I thought the box waskinda small, but no matter it's only 4 slices so that's fine, when I got home I looked in the box only to find these baby slicesthat had an after taste of; gasoline? Maybe? And barely amounted to 2 slices. The medium is $16 now, I would never recommendthis place not after my experience today. Read more
