Ridiculous wait times when picking up mobile orders! 3rd time in a row now that I?ve been stuck in the drive thru for 40 mins... each time. Staff?s excuse was that mobile orders don?t come in until customers arrive for pickup. So they pretty much make youwait until the order is made. Atleast clear the drive thru lanes by asking customers to park until orders are ready, socustomers aren?t trapped behind cars and unable to leave!! Totally unacceptable!! Read more

All your staff was sitting inside on their phones at 940pm and stated that they were ?closed?? Your website and store front... claims to be open until 10pm and the ?open? neon sign was still on. Very disappointed that management would let staff offer thistype of service to their customers. Read more

This location has always been great for drive thru quality. Not a single complaint, and staff have always been super..... especially if they need to make any of the food fresh and there's any bit of waiting. Read more

They are advertising ?new? nuggets right now. I have had nuggets dozens of times before, the new ones are smaller, with half the... chicken (and more breading. They are hard, much worse than the old nuggets. Cashier suggested the dipping sauce, which theydidn?t even have in stock (so why suggest it in the first place), they just put a random flavour in the bag. They also didn?thave biscuits, and just sub random items without telling the customer. Soggy fries, half cooked. Cashier was also on her phonethe whole time and took over 2 minutes just to start taking my order. Not pleased at all. Also no receipt with the order. Read more
