My wife and I went there today for lunch, and arrived at 11:10 and sat at the front of the restaurant. There were a few other... customers seated toward the back and we noticed what appeared to be the loan server chatting with a lady seated at a table. Wewaited for 6 minutes and the server made no attempt to bring us menus or even comment that she would be with us shortly. Noverbal communication whatsoever, so, we left. To me, this is very poor customer service and as a result we will never be back.I know that 6 minutes is not a long time, but she could have had the courtesy to excuse herself from the conversation to atleast acknowledge us. We drove to Sutton and were greeted at the door with menus and a cheerful greeting and will certainlyreturn there in future. Read more
