Everything was great food and drinks but the main manager of the restaurant came out and yelled at a non verbal disabled person... for being upset and hungry and being non verbal they had no other way to express this other then shouting. They ordered before afamily of four and a couple, other staff was shocked and didnt agree with the way he treated this person. Disabled people arepeople and deserve respect. Read more
Actually no stars. I've lived here for 3 months and spent a lot of money here. Tonight someone was extremely threatening to me.... A local. The bar tenders kicked me out. After I bought a veteran a few drinks in appreciation for his service. The bartenderMichelle made me talk to a fake cop trying to intimidate me further, I knew this lady wasn't a cop, left to go to wallmart toshop for groceries. A poor decision lead to me.go back and see if the person I complained about was still there and thebartenders were drinking with him. Cops were than actually called after I realised and became even further upset The cops deltwith me the whole time, followed me home after I expressed deep concern about the incident. Third and final time I'll ever Step foot in a st.Louis bar and grill. The Keswick location will always provide you an absolutely... garbage experience. Last night my girlfriend and I went for dinner only to watch each other eat our meals separately. I orderedtwo pounds and When I asked the waitress if she could have the kitchen staff toss the one pound in dill sauce she said that theycould not because they're to " high maintenance". When I'm paying for overpriced wings I don't care how "high maintenance" theyare, they are more then capable of if finding a bowl and tossing the wings. When she brought out our cold food that didn't havethe dill sauce on them, I politely asked her to take them back and have the kitchen staff toss them and warm my pitiful amountof fries. After waiting 20 minutes I went to the bathroom only to find the kitchen staff out front mingling with the servers.Finally my food came back and magically were they able to toss the wings in dill sauce. WHO WOULD HAVE IMAGINED!! The waitressnever asked my GF if she wanted another drink. This all happened on a night where there was maybe 15 people present. If you want a mind blowing day/night of action packed game time fun St. Louis is the place to go! I personally love their wings... and when I found out they do the kids thing I didn't want to wipe my smile off my face! I did notice the staff is generally veryattentive to the public eye inside and outside the St. Louis environment. Especially when checking to know your satisfaction isup to par. Thank you! I found a lot of gristle within my pulled pork, so never doing that again. The wings that were ordered only had sauce on one... half. The Calamari wuz very thinly sliced and there wuz more tentacles than the actual calamari slices. Read more
