They can?t seem to ever get a sub right. Always wrong toppings but not they are including hair into the subs nows which... disgusting to find while you are eating. I say they need to be closed down this isn?t the first time. Read more

Owners must have a policy to provide the least amount of toppings possible even when you complain, they add a ridiculous... autobahn amount so you end up having to ask 3 or more times. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I?ve been ordering for this location for the last five yrs. In the last yr give or take... every single time my order has been wrong and I?ve had to drive back. The last time however was a new experience. I place myorder as I always do, on their app. At 820. I didn?t realize at the time but they close at 830. I got a call at 823 from a mansaying please come quick as they are closing. Then I got a call from a girl at 825 saying they?re closed. I said I already spoketo a man and he just said to hurry, she then says ok. So I go there. Once I arrive. It?s 827. They said I can get a refund. (Mykids are waiting for me to put them to sleep and my husband wants his dinner). Oh and then they tell me that their computers allturn off at 8. And didn?t see the order, but somehow had it printed off already and had called my about my order. Ok. it?s 827still. I say how ridiculous this is. They reluctantly make the order only a large sub, had they actually started when the ordercame through it would have been done. I will NEVER order from this location again. Ever. Always stressful and disappointing.I?ve complained a bunch to subway directly. Always get an email back from the manager saying thank you for my business and tosee me next time. Not even acknowledging the problem. So sad. Never had such bad customer service. Read more

I did an online order for 4 subs and they made multiple mistake in size and toppings. I had to drive back after picking up. I... highly recommend checking your order before you leave the store if you are ordering online. They should have more than 2 peopleworking on a Friday evening as well. I will be making the trip across town the next time I want subway. Read more

When I went to this store the worker who was there was extremely rude and disrespectful to the point where I sat in my car and... cried after the service I was givin, he didn?t do a good job at making my sub either. I found a hair in my food, also he wasn?tin proper uniform he was wearing a hat and not an apron. I did get his name it was Achal. (I believe that?s how you spell it).After this service I will never be coming back here and I?ll be informing all of my 10k follower on Instagram to never come tothis location! Read more

Probably the absolute worst run Subway in Canada. The only thing consistent about this location is that they consistently run... out of ingredients (like buns) and they consistently close early. Never going to this location again as it is consistently awaste of my time. Read more

Since the whole paper straw movement Subway restaurants have had paper straws, in nice PLASTIC packaging. What a waste

I agree that this is the best Subway in Keswick. It's in a somewhat questionable part of town and the plaza feels kind of run... down but inside this Subway is really nice and spacious. I find wait times have never been an issue here and the service ispretty great. Read more
