Hi I entered this establishment to buy for coffee for me and my guys . They were making coffee without gloves I simply ask for... someone to use gloves so one of the staff members instead curse at me while the manager stand there and approved this indecentbehavior which she also mentioned that she was proud of her staff member for doing that. Now today which covid is still a thingin this country. TIM HORTONS HAS NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS HEALTHCARE WHAT SO EVER PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU GET SICK FROM THISLOCATION PLEASE SUE.... So horrible! the worst timmys in Keswick. People were lined up waiting for food. The guy asked me 3 times what i want on it and... it is on his screen and still got it wrong. A bigger lady who works there blames the customer for not reading screen her shirtis filthy. Customer service there isnt any! Management LOL! Everything in my order was wrong. They charged me for 2 potato wedges but ended up having none and replacing it with stale... donuts. We asked for no sugar and both coffees had sugar. Ordered Bacon on our sandwiches and paid for it but it wasn?t onthere. Long lines bc of lazy staff, poor training and lack of stock. Absolutely terrible. Who doesn?t have mustard?? Doesn?t seem to matter what Tim Hortons you go to these days but, if you choose to go inside the store no one acknowledges your... presence at the counter for 5-10 min. Everyone is so caught up with the drive through that people inside the store get ignoreduntil the line is big enough that they have no choice but, to deal with you. 2 days ago: Took 10 minutes to find my mobile order at the window, but they had already confirmed my name at the speaker? Not to... mention the order taker was quite rude when repeating back my name. They could not find it and after 10 minutes or so, thesupervisor had to come-they immediately found the order. We then waited 10 more minutes for our 2 drinks (iced caps) which theykept asking us what was in them. Today: mobile ordered 2 drinks with espresso cold foam. At the window the person did not say asingle word or clarify my order. Handed us the drinks, both were missing the foam and the lid was falling off. Did not want tohold up line again, so I just left. Second time in a few weeks I had gone there to grab a coffee and their card thing wouldn't let me select account. Like it was... crashed or something. Stuff happens; hiwever the kid just stands there with a blank look on his face, I'm waiting for some kindof solution or suggestion and he just keeps standing there. So I drove away. Both times. I used to go there two nights a week tograb a coffee while waiting for my daughter's Karate class to end. If this has happened to me twice in a few weeks, I'm sure ithappens to others. I bring a thermos now. Home coffee is better anyway. Read more

There are racks behind the counter used for donut glazing and a weigh scale for the donut filler -- both looks so dirty and the... place looks so unkept. There were flies hovering over the sink and resting on the counter top, racks and other surfaces. Theservice by the staff was lovely. They were so kind and appreciative of our visit, but the establishment needs to be moresanitary than what we saw. The manager needs to be held accountable for the health and safety aspects of this restaurant in theheat of the July and year round. Read more

Focus on drive thru WAY too much. 4 people can be ahead of you in line in store & you can be there for 25 minutes easily before... you even get to order. Hire more staff or you shouldn?t be open with one person on the register on a Saturday of a long weekend.Not fair to the staff nor the customers. Read more
