The gentleman on the drive thru window this afternoon was amazing. He was thoughtful and attentive even when he made a mistake.... Then when someone else gave me a leaky ice cap he stopped me from taking it and gave me a second cup. Well done Sir! I hope yourmanagers see this! Read more
The woman on the drive thru window just now was completely vile. She was incredibly rude and basically threw my drinks out the... window at me. She actually tossed my sandwich at me and threw the straws too. It caused my drinks to spill all over my shirt(I?m headed to a wedding currently). This customer service is unacceptable, she didn?t so much as apologize or see if everythingwas alright. Abolish the glenwoods tims, top of the hill would never behave this barbarically. Read more
This issue has happened many times over the past months. The Woman who is always on window does not say a single word to me,... constantly rolls her eyes at me when I ask for straws or a tray. Today When I tried to say hi and be friendly she simply throwsthe debit machine in my face, and shuts the window before I can even ask for straws. Great customer service in the evening, very clean store and positive energy among the staff. It?s nice the staff all seem like... friends, some places the staff just seem miserable, not here. Extremely unprofessional, zero customer service. The owner should let go the evening supervisor as she dies not cate about... customers in this location. I have filed a complaint asking for owner to call me. Once the owner calls I will make myselfavailable to attestify that people that he/she hired was not suitable for this job.
