I ordered a peppermint mocha and instead of telling me they don?t have the ingredients they decided to create this atrocity.... I got hot chocolate but it did not have the same taste as hot chocolates in other Tim Hortons. It was not delicious at all.

This specific location is poorly managed. They all seem to have attitudes. I avoid this one and drive out of my way to... Glenwood. Update - over a year later and this place is still a mess. Ordered a large chili. It's supposed to come with a bun. Igot half a bun ripped in half. Almost like I was served someone's left over bun. I didn't get butter or a spoon to be able toeat. I didn't even get a receipt. Chili could have been filled to top. Advise to owner/management-Stop cheating customers. Read more

Mobile ordered 2 hot dark roast coffee @708 Queensway Keswick around 3:00am. Did a drive-thru we got our coffee and what we... received are cold and tasteless ones. Not worth paying and spending time. Read more

Checking out this little town that's not so little anymore and haaaad to have coffee and donuts in hand and where is the... familiar place to go for Ontarions? Terribly slow on the weekends when the student staff at working. Almost every time we go in on a weekend, there is at least 2-3... employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing but chatting with each other. Since service is so slow on weekends, theline-up can be through the door and extends to the outside of the business, leading to a wait of 15-20 minutes. Having done thiswait far too many times than I'd like to admit, I can confirm that some (not all) of the students working there think it'stotally acceptable to be chatting away while not even pretending to be refilling the coffee cups or making new coffee. Not tomention that almost every time I've been to this Tim Horton's location on the weekend there has either been coffee grounds in mycup, my breakfast sandwich was wrong (either the wrong type of bun, meat, or missing the cheese), the coffee was completelyburnt, or the coffee didn't have the correct number of sugars/creams. During the weekdays (when the regular staff is there, andstudents are at school), there is no problem at all and service is prompt, orders are made correctly, and the staff aredelightful to interact with.
