By far exceeded me and wife?s expectations. This is the perfect getaway for any couple with in 2-3 hour driving distance. Once... you arrive, there?s really no need to leave. The faculties were just renovated, they have a spa, golf, awesome restaurant,infinity pool, and bike riding + the rooms and views are even better. The renovations were done well and the hard product is fantastic. However, it seems the staff isn't familiar with the benefits... offered when booking through Hyatt. Despite there being availability on the Keswick Hall site, we were not given an upgrade orlate checkout. Breakfast is pathetic - 3 tiny pastries. Also there were little amenities in the room - no coffee, no wineglasses or corkscrew. Read more

Beautiful resort with a breathtaking golf course, but sadly service failed to deliver. We stayed here for 2 nights with another... family as a 'weekend getaway'. When we first pulled into the hotel our first thought was how beautiful the grounds were. Oncewe pulled into the entrance, we weren't sure if we were in the check-in area because there wasn't a single hotel employeestanding out front to greet us, help us valet the car and/or a bellman to help with the luggage. When I walked inside the hotelto check, their response was that the bellman/valet was helping another guest check-in at the moment. How is it a hotel of thiscaliber would only have 1 person?? The front desk was friendly and quick. Unfortunately, the spa wasn't opened yet the weekendwe visited. The service at Marigold's was very poor. Our server did not come up to greet us and after 10 minutes of sittingaround, she came up to ask if we were ready to order? How about starting with the food specials or taking our drink orders? Food was good, but it's too bad that the service did not match the food experience. The pool at the resort was beautiful andrelaxing. I wished the servers would actually come up to the guests to see if they needed anything instead of having us walk upto the bar. Overall, service was not up to par for what it needs to be for a 5-star resort. I do hope that they improve ontheir service standards so that we can share this hotel with others in the future.
