By far exceeded me and wife?s expectations. This is the perfect getaway for any couple with in 2-3 hour driving distance. Once... you arrive, there?s really no need to leave. The faculties were just renovated, they have a spa, golf, awesome restaurant,infinity pool, and bike riding + the rooms and views are even better. Make sure you take care of David when you arrive, he?s theguy who will help you get all of your bags out of your car. Can?t wait to come back!!! Read more
The renovations were done well and the hard product is fantastic. However, it seems the staff isn't familiar with the benefits... offered when booking through Hyatt. Despite there being availability on the Keswick Hall site, we were not given an upgrade orlate checkout. Breakfast is pathetic - 3 tiny pastries. Also there were little amenities in the room - no coffee, no wineglasses or corkscrew. Read more
Beautiful resort with a breathtaking golf course, but sadly service failed to deliver. We stayed here for 2 nights with another... family as a 'weekend getaway'. When we first pulled into the hotel our first thought was how beautiful the grounds were. Oncewe pulled into the entrance, we weren't sure if we were in the check-in area because there wasn't a single hotel employeestanding out front to greet us, help us valet the car and/or a bellman to help with the luggage. When I walked inside the hotelto check, their response was that the bellman/valet was helping another guest check-in at the moment. How is it a hotel of thiscaliber would only have 1 person?? The front desk was friendly and quick. Unfortunately, the spa wasn't opened yet the weekendwe visited. The service at Marigold's was very poor. Our server did not come up to greet us and after 10 minutes of sittingaround, she came up to ask if we were ready to order? How about starting with the food specials or taking our drink orders? Food was good, but it's too bad that the service did not match the food experience. The pool at the resort was beautiful andrelaxing. I wished the servers would actually come up to the guests to see if they needed anything instead of having us walk upto the bar. Overall, service was not up to par for what it needs to be for a 5-star resort. I do hope that they improve ontheir service standards so that we can share this hotel with others in the future. My family and I really enjoyed our time at Keswick Hall. Clean, spacious room & friendly staffs. Weather did not cooperate but... we still had a great time. We will visit the place again next year - looking forward to the addition of family pool to theproperty. Read more
We had a great weekend at Keswick. The entire experience was great and we will likely visit again. The hotel has just been... renovated but more like rebuilt and it?s pristine and beautiful. The attention to detail in the planning and choice of materialsand tradesmen used did not go unnoticed. Beautiful workmanship and quality built into the structure will ensure it?s beauty foryears to come. This is not a hastily refurbished hotel. Staff was wonderful. Looking forward to the new spa. Whatever you do. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. We were trying to celebrate a special occasion and that went... out the window. First off the pool is not adults only. They are renovating the club and therefore allow members to use the mainhotel pool. You will enjoy your pool stay with kids and there will be no chairs in the shade. If you want to get a chair in theshade you will need to spend $250 to get a cabana. Rooms were fine, nothing to write home about. Breakfast included with the SLHprogram is three mini pastries. This hotel should not be charging the rate it charges a night. Read more
What a fabulous resort. So much detail in every inch of the lobby, the check in counter, as well as the room we stayed in. The... food at Marigold was absolutely delicious and the spa is like something you would see in California. The staff were veryattentive and courteous. What a delightful stay. Highly recommend.
