Go to Malibu, or Beverly hills and get disrespected gracefully, not here. *If improvement on any issue, this will get... revised No way! Do not shop here unless you want a ? day-old $12.65 (maybe 9 oz) small pre-made smoothie! The item purchasedwas called "happy juice" or some such. Flavor was refreshing and grapefruity, softened with another fruit juice and water. The drink had a grapefruit pinkish to dark-pinkish hue. A teenager scolds me to "take out my card" because, "he can't ring up2 items on one ticket." I told him, "It's not in." What? And to top it all off, the teenager is 'teaching' a sixth or seventhgrader how to do transactions WHILE a customer is made to wait? And, after a reply of "we don't have that" when a menu listedsmoothie was first ordered upon entry to the location. There were multiple fruits in that smoothie, (ie apple, ginger,celery...) why does a customer need to follow up with "what do you have?" Only saving grace was the helpful voice of a youngwoman cleaning the glass refrigerator. You can get 'x' because it has all the items of the smoothie we are out of, you just getsome extra 'y' None of the other employees acknowledged her or me the customer, while a sick family member was waiting, whichwas the purpose of the visit. I ordered an acai bowl and juice yesterday. My bowl came with no fresh fruit as advertised as a topping and they charge you a... dollar to take your smoothie bowl to go. They don't tell you this at all, I had no idea until I saw the items being entered onthe screen. The juice I had was good though. Read more
Smoothie machines were shut down for maintenance, so we decided to order juice instead. They didn't have the juice we ordered,... so we settled on another flavor and THE JUICE WE RECEIVED WAS 5 DAYS OLD!!! You can see it sitting in the case by the register!I have never been to a shop that serves old juice! We have always watched the juice be juiced in front of us. Weird. I orderedramen and my son ordered soba. The cooked veggies were almost non-existent in both of our dishes. What was there was wayovercooked but they threw a huge pile of sprouts on the top. I wanted a lighter meal and something healthy so I gave Glow a try. It was terrible. Most juices on the menu were unavailable... and I had to settle for something that was pre made and sat on the shelf for who knows how long. The juice was chalky andchunky. I also had a vegan burrito which was decent but the chips that came with it were inedible. Read more
Tasty vegan food in Ketchum. Only negative was that the portion sizes were a bit disappointing for the price paid.
We go here several times per week. They always have fresh best tasting food to order including their amazing soups and... specials... always organic and high vibration ingredients... Read more
Do yourself a favor and go over to Ginger Sweet Juice Bar right across the street. Better quality, Larger portions, &... Affordable! The owner here at Glow Juice Bar & Cafe is a Dr. who apparently doesn't understand what it means to give back to hercommunity, Glow Juice Bar & Cafe even charges for there cups and to go boxes, I mean what happen to the "Cost of doingBusiness"!
