Um.. their food is yum! ???? I ordered the Chili Oil Udon Noodle and didn?t have any expectation. But what was served to me was... heavenly! It was a delicious dish, yet very simple and comforting! At first, when the dish was placed before me, I thought itlooked pretty but wasn?t impressive. When I mixed in all the ingredients, the fragrance was very inviting!! Roasted peanuts andsesame seeds, finely chopped spring onion and cilantro placed on perfectly cooked udon noodles that were placed on hot chili oil- together made for an amazing dinner! ???? Their menu has many vegan-friendly options. Mind you, it is a very eclectic menu,but comprises of many yummy South Asian dishes. I really loved the place itself and the service. I don?t like it when peoplefawn over me at restaurants, yet I like feeling welcomed and respected - especially when I am traveling and eating alone atrestaurants. DELICIOUS, and open late! The online ordering was perfect for introverts (me). They were one of the few places open late and I... was kind of desperate to get food for my kids (thought it would be easier to get food at one of the many restaurants on the SunValley Lodge property- not so). But boy am I ever happy about it now! Everything was so good. My 2 and 9-yr-old loved thenoodles and rice. The chicken was fiery, but very very yummy. Will be back again soon! Read more
Sooo delicious, well worth the wait! We had the chili udon noodles, Korean fried chicken, chiang mai noodles, and hoisin shrimp.... Among those dishes, the KFC (deliciously saucy and spicy) and shrimp (sweet and crunchy and tangy) were the standouts! If you?reon the fence, I?d skip the chiang Mai noodles, which were good but not our favorites. If you haven?t been before - you leaveyour name and number at the front and they text when a table is ready. There?s not a good way to tell how long the wait mightbe, so show up early if you can! Phenomenal. 100% worth the wait. We had the Chiang Mai curry noodles, japchae, Korean fried chicken, Vietnamese pork ribs,... sautéed green beans, green curry chicken, the list goes on. Everything is excellent and unique. They also have an extensive teamenu which was great (honeybush was my favorite). Everything is also priced very well. Read more
Unique. Eccentric. Delicious. I asked for the Samui Squid and the Chiang Mai Curry Noodles and with my Thai experience I was... pleasantly surprised with the different take on these dishes. The Samui Squid had this sauce called NUAC CHAM which is anacidic sauce with a very light viscosity that has salty and spicy and sweet notes it was WILD I also had the Chiang Mai currynoodles which had a light sweet base and the beef was a little sweet maybe from the curry but was really complimented with thefermented cabbage and the kimchi which really made a pop in the flavor Read more
If you haven?t eaten here and you?re visiting Ketchum, then you?re seriously missing out. There isn?t a single restaurant better... than rickshaw. The flavor of each dish is so on point. They nailed regional flavor complexes from multiple different locationsin Asia. We ordered the Chiang Mai Curry Noodles (tastes identical to how it does in northern Thailand/Laos), potstickers(cooked perfectly), Papaya salad (divine) and the KFC of course. Cozy intimate space. Loved their shrub soda, nice touch of ginger. Personal preference the sauce was very strong for my taste... in KFC friend chicken or udon noodles. Read more
