This location is the absolute worst of any Wendy's I've ever patronized. Cars was wrapped around the building, so I decided it... would be faster to go inside. The employees were horse playing in the back. One girl with pink braids recognized someone sheknew and came running from the back to jump on her and hung her. Meanwhile I and others were waiting on our orders. The pinkhaired young lady came out from the back with two large drinks for her friends who then left without purchasing anything. Bad food and slow service. Waited from 8:30 to 8:55 in line only to have the staff tell me it?s cash only. I would say that?s... pretty silly, and I was rightfully annoyed, but it?s getting 1 star because this has happened at like 8:00 pm before which isridiculous. I think I won?t be back Read more
If the Sonic on Ritchie Road didn?t exist, this would be the worst fast food spot to come to in the area.

I spent FIFTY minutes in the drive through line. After that long of a wait, I still got the wrong drinks, and a bag of fries and... nuggets that was missing all 4 hamburgers I ordered. None of the staff apologized for the wait time or seemed concerned abouthelping the customers. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting this location again! Read more
My order was tasty and hot. The staff was helpful and friendly. This Wendy?s was clean and the service was fast.
I don't know where to start. I only come to this one because it's the only one on the way home from. I do not recommend this... location. I've came here about 4 times in the last few weeks because I love Wendy's. Today I placed a mobile order in hopes thatit would be ready by the time I got there. 1. The order was not ready 2. One sandwich was the double bacon burger and for somereason they put green chips on it? 3. Other customers came in because their orders were incorrect too so we had to wait twice aslong because they were also fixing 82939 orders 4. The other sandwich was a son of a baconator, they gave us 2 double cheddarburgers 5. I'm 9 months pregnant and when I have a craving I HAVE A CRAVING I ended up tossing my burger because they just keptgetting things wrong and we were there for 45+ minutes. I don't recommend this location and unfortunately I will have to bitethe bullet and skip out on my Wendy's fix while in this area. Also, the layout of this parking lot is confusing so BE CAREFULbecause fender benders are imminent due to the compact parking lot and the odd positioning of buildings. I have lived in this area for over a decade. This is the worst Wendy's ever in any state as far as time spent in a drive thru.... It never fails.
