Left the ham and cranberry sauce off of every thanksgiving meal we had delivered. And there?s no way to reconcile besides... contacting this location (and of course they are too busy to ever pick up the phone). By the way, lesson learned that was badvalue and I could have used frozen food for T-days we can?t cook for. This didn?t taste fresh. One positive is the food wasdelivered on time. Read more

We ordered Bob Evans breakfast for the first time to be delivered from this location via Doordash. Our scrambled eggs tasted... like cleaning chemicals. Out of fear of getting sick, we threw everything in the containers with the eggs in the trash afteronly a couple bites. The side of fruit that cost $3.75 looked like the scraps left over from someone's plate. Eight grapes andcantaloupe rinds that look like the fruit had been chewed off. Restaurant was clean,the wait staff was organized and brought refills of water and coffee. The food was served hot and generous... portions. The pancakes and sausage were delicious. My husband especially liked the cod which had a light crispy batter. Read more
Went to Bob Evans with family in town and out of town for Brunch. We were surprised how this service was good even though we... knew they were short staffed because of COVID. Still in Dayton Ohio visiting family love going to Bob Evans restaurant this particular one has real cream and sugar and butter... not that restaurant brand I really enjoy my breakfast had a nice waitress and the food was excellent. Read more
Overall experience from this location was very poor. The only reason I wouldn't give a 1 star rating is due to the... professionalism of the manager. Food should however be prepared how advertised. The western omlete was filled with raw veggiesand cold ham. The French toast was burnt and the home fries were far from what I would call home fries. I also ordered banananut bread and received biscuit instead. Nothing about my food was an enjoyable experience and showed a lack of training or justa lack of caring. The only thing done right was sausage patties. For $30+ dollars, you should receive what you asked for. Read more
