I called 3 times on 3 different days trying to figure out when a UFC fight was happening at this buffalo wild wings, I got 3... different answers from 3 different people and no one could tell me a good time to show up so I could reserve seating. This is a good wings place to go if you like boneless or bone-in chicken wings, loads of choices for source and spice rub... toppings as well as some nice accompanying sides to go with them. Don?t order take out from here unless you want dry, cold food. This stuff cost too much for that. Every time I pick food up it?s... sitting on a shelf by the door, not under heat and is disgusting and barely edible when I get it home. Ok I am a frequent customer of this location and I have never had a bad experience here until tonight. First thing was I... redeemed my points for the sampler. After putting it in my que it said it was unavailable so I instead go in to order for carryout and find out why. Out of onion rings and I was told they couldn?t substitute them?!so not only did I not get it but now I?mout the points so I couldn?t just use them for something else. Now onto the 2nd problem! I get the food home to my kids and openthe cheese curds! See pic! They were burnt and even tasted like complete char! I took them back to the restaurant and the guy atthe counter informed me that that is how they now come! And even if he had more made they would look exactly the same! Well ifthat is the best quality I can get( burnt food) then I don?t see how you are going to keep many happy customers and everyone Iknow don?t go as much for ur wings as they do for the cheese curds. This Buffalo Wild Wings is the place to be on Sunday. This particular establishment is always bumpin on a Sunday. So many TVs to... choose from and a lot of seating. PRO TIP: order the buffalo chips and have them tossed in Cajun powder and cheese melted ontop. Great beer selection as well that is always on tap. They have a great private back room for private parties as well. Read more
I don't know how these places stay in business. The food is small and stale. I used to love their sauces, but there are so... many better options now. The restaurants are cold - atmosphere more than temperature. The service makes you feel guilty. Youknow when the servers let you know how bad they've got it and it spills over? I always feel gross when I leave there. Read more
