Ava deserves recognition because I received probably THE BEST customer service tonight in all my 25 years. Kind, repeated my... order back, warned me that it'd be just a few extra minutes because they had to sweeten the tea up and after the service i justrecieved, I was more than okay with waiting. Food is always good but the last 3-4 times I have went no matter which line I choose they end up serving other customers before... me even though they clearly arrived after I did. It makes absolutely no sense. You should always serve whoever pulls into thedrive through first. It's aggravating to see cars get served before you, even though you have been in like 5-10 minutes beforethem. Read more

Edit: changing my review because I just waited 20+ minutes for a small order and there was no ?sorry for the wait? or any... acknowledgement whatsoever. Also my bag turned out to be one of the ones just sitting on the counter while I waited. SLOW. Theworkers here are friendly, but they have absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. I?m a fairly patient customer, but everytime I go here, I stand around and watch the workers walk slowly from station to station. One time I ordered a gallon of icedtea. It must?ve taken the worker 15 minutes to fill the jug and put the lid on it, no exaggeration. I?m currently standing inthe lobby with 6 other customers waiting on their orders. It?s the breakfast rush and there is absolutely no ?rushing? going on. Read more

Service at this location is desperately in need of help! I placed an order on line and went inside to pick up. 8 other people... were served before my order was handed to me, I watched it being packaged and sit while others were filled and handed out. Noone wanted to fill the drinks to complete the order. When someone finally started to fill the drink portion they used a brokencup (the rim had a chunk taken out of the top) when they brought me the drinks I had to request a new cup because the lid didnot fit. When I got the order home they failed to provide the kids apple juice to my order. I called the store and explained Iwas missing an Apple juice from my order and left my name and phone number, this was on Wednesday, as of Saturday I have notheard from anyone! Read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Came to get reliable food for my wife who literally just gave birth and can eat again.... Been in line FOR 40 MINUTES!! What the hell is this line set up? Split the lines only to bottleneck them into one line againlater? Idiotic! Speed of the staff has to be the worse in the nation. I've seen a staff of 5 bust their tails to serve the sameamount of people in a 10th of the time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Read more

Food is good as usual. If you haven't had Chick-Fil-A before then I suggest you plan a trip sometime in the future. As for... service, the attention wasn't completely directed toward the customer(s) as much as I've experienced in the past. It was almosttime for close, but time shouldn't be a factor in how you service. Read more

Have been in line for 30 minutes now. They're not even that busy. I've been at busier locations during lunch rush and be in and... out of line in less than 10 minutes. Worst location ever! First off employee shortage is no excuse because there were 5 employees plus a manager working inside. Only... one car in the drive thru and one customer ahead of me in line trying to place her order. The employee taking her order wearssunglasses inside, doesn?t smile or say my pleasure and took forever to finish the customers order. Then, she leaves her stationand doesn?t come back. Five more minutes passes and no one comes so I leaned over the counter and asked if someone was going totake orders. One if them said one if his team members would be right with me. No one comes. Finally, manager comes out of thekitchen and asked me if I had been helped. I said no and that I had been waiting a long time. He had to instruct one of theemployees to come and take my order. Also, there was a customer trying to eat her hot breakfast sandwich in the restaurant butbrought her coffee back because it it was ice cold. She had to wait the entire time I did to get her coffee. The crew at thislocation is especially bad during breakfast hours. I have gone to the location three miles away on Wilmington and driven backand there are still the same cars in the drive thru. My thought is it has to be the owner of this location because they justhaven?t lived up to Chick Filet?s standards since the day they opened. Read more
