Just left after requesting a bag of chips with my burrito. To my surprise, being a paying customer, in the store looking at 10... bags of chips behind the counter, I was told I could not buy these chips, they were "for online orders only". How is this evenpossible? I am present, in the store looking at a product they won't sell to me. Amazing, this will be my last visit here, thelost a sale of product they had in stock, and a customer for life. Please hurry and open Moe's in Washington Township, it willbe worth the drive. A friend invited me out to enjoy some, Chipotle! how exciting! since I live within walking distance I thought how about we meet... up at the one by my house in Kettering? its always really nice and clean, the food is fresh and we can dine in! We arrivedaround 7:15. As we order, the individual rushed our food down the line as if we were holding something up. To make mattersworse, as we approached the counter to pay, someone on the line was arguing with someone in the kitchen, and they were gettinglouder and louder. I could see the embarrassment on other crew members faces. I looked the person in the kitchen directly in theeye as to hint on that I CAN SEE AND HEAR everything you are saying. She didn't catch the hint....So they exchanged words welluntil we sat down to eat. I thought, great, now that we are away from that we can enjoy our food. No. Not the case. There wereping pong ball size red onion throughout both bowls. It was like someone took an onion, cut it into 4 halves and tossed itin.... multiple times! My 5 year old nephew literally picked them out as if it were a game. We had to pick them all out so hewouldn't choke. Just ridiculous. Overall, not a good experience. Read more
My worst experience ever at a Chipotle!!I don't mind standing in line for a while because the food is worth it, but today after... the long wait, I was informed that they were out of cheese. Overall I like Chipotle but not crazy about this location. The staff is generally friendly but it?s very rare that my online... orders are 100% correct. I typically go to one in Centerville and my online orders are usually correct. Read more
There was a live bug inside my burrito bowl that was delivered to my house. There?s no excuse for that. This store probably... doesn?t wash their lettuce... If they?re not washing their produce, I can?t imagine how unsanitary the rest of their storepractices are. Read more
I am vegetarian. Honestly vegetarian dishes are sometimes boring and bland. Chipotle is not. Health and delicious it is. With so... many options and flavors to choose from it's never dull. Because of the deliciousness it can be a bit busy there. I recomenddownloading the app. The app is super easy to use. Here is my favourite bowl : I like the flavorful white rice. I top that withpeppers and onions Sliced romaine lettuce Cheese Sour cream Then the sauces : Chunky tomato Corn salsa Tomatillo The super spicyone I put on the side. Chips and guacamole are a must. I love Chipotle but this location is awful. I keep giving it another chance but this is the last one. The chips are stale EVERY... time and the food is always messed up and skimped on. I ordered chicken tacos and almost half of the meat was steak. Couldn'teat it. Read more
