5 mins of waiting before the girl tells me they're "out of everything" but beforehand asked if I had a door dash order. How are... you fulfilling DD orders if you're "out" of everything. Spent $30 in drive thru and we had to orders they handed out the first order and told us we had a wait on the other order. I... went inside after sitting outside 10 mins or longer and told them I wanted the first order replaced because it was coldespecially the fries. Every employee in the store made a comment. The girl in the back said I replace the tenders that?s it. Ireally wanted fries replaced being they get cold the fastest. I said forget it what?s Number for corporate, another girl saidit?s online and walked away? I?ve gone to this restaurant 3 times this week and been pulled around to the front every time. Normally the chicken is good and hot but this time it wasn't and the man who took my money did not give me back my bank card. We... blew the horn several times before anyone would come and of course it was him and he was rude. It's not my fault he forgot togive it back. He should have apologized but instead the sweet little old lady who was driving got the nastiest look from him.She told me about it later I wish she had told me then cuz I would have gone inside because that was totally uncalled for. I wish I ain't give it no star. I ordered with door dash. I ordered dark crispy. 2 thighs &;a leg. They gave me a thigh & 2... wing's. It was hard like its been out for hours.
