They were super busy today, 11/30. They had a sign on the door saying that they were understaffed. I feel bad only because I... work at a food place myself. The girl with blue hair seemed so stressed out and she told me their technology wasn't working. Butshe still managed to keep a smile and did amazing. This place is amazing. The people that complain in the lobby about the staff don't understand what understaffed is. They're not... the Flash so it's gonna be A WAIT. Shocker. 2-4 people around a hot oven probably isnt fun or easy to breathe around. They'redoing their best. My food still comes out great for little Caesars. I'm willing to wait because they're the hand that's gonnafeed me. The lady with the colored hair makes sure my pizzas are correct down to the detail and I've seen the same person treattheir dashers well. Read more
The guy behind the counter was great with a great attitude, but he was the only worker there at the time. They are short staffed... right now, so there was a small wait for the hot n ready that are usually ready to go. The pizza and cb were good. Read more
Pizza was great, once I finally got it. I ordered online for pickup and the wait was estimated to be around 15-20 minutes. When... I got to the location, there were several people waiting both in and out of the store. It took around 45-50 minutes before myorder was ready. Read more
I used their Mobile App to order an Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni. I was notified by app alert, went into the store, punched in... the code, and grabbed my pizza. I never even had to deal with a cashier. VERY EASY!! Read more
Ben is always fantastic and remembers my autistic daughter's order and makes sure it is right for her. The other crew here are... always good about it as well. Sure, it can get busy and wait times can be longer, but they do their best to make sureeverything is right. I keep coming back for a reason. Read more
The place was extremely busy. No hot n ready. Line outside but moving good.people was getting 3,4 and 5 pizza pastas or... combination or both. Employees didnt seem overwhelmed acted with respect and honor. Just can't beat the price and value. Great job guys. Read more
Awful service. Been an hour lady at the Kettering store yelling at customers and still no food. She refuses to talk to anyone.... Tried to cancel order since she won?t talk to anyone call 800 number to cancel been 15 minutes on hold and oh yeah they stillhave not started our pizza. Definitely not with the hassle. Can go to a different pizza place. I am editing my review becauseof Rock the store owner. He called me gave me my money back since I never received my order. He has done everything he couldpossibly do to get our business back. I even got another call to make sure the money was deposited back into our account. I amgiving them a higher rating because of him going out of his way to make it right. Read more
