Heath hazard when this franchise continues to refuse to give customers ceramic coffee mug when they need to re-heat their... coffee in the microwave. The paper cup stipulates very clearly on the side that it shouldn?t be used in the microwave!!! . Iguess it could be an easy lawsuit!!! Read more
It took a bit for one of the staff to acknowledge me so I moved to another register. My breakfast sandwich was missing the... sausage I ordered. They were polite, apologized and replaced it. The food was very good. The dining area was clean. There wasstaff who offered to remove my tray and trash. Overall a nice atmosphere, clean, nice staff. Read more

Very disappointing experience. The cashier took a very long time taking our order which ended up causing them to miss many... aspects of our order, such as large drinks, no onion, not asking about our sides until then end and saying baguettes are okright? This would have been just fine if that was the only thing that happened. The soups were cold. The Mac and cheeselooked as though it had been warmed up in a plastic bag and then dumped in the bowl. The salad had some lettuce that wasfrozen and some that was slimey. The sandwich that was ordered with no onions had ALL the onions. The entire restaurant wasdirty. The floor was covered and many of the tables needed bussed. Even after all of this, we went up to get cinnamon rolls togo and after almost 5 mins of waiting decided to to just leave. Read more
everytime i have a pick up order here they always get it wrong and when i ask to have it fixed they act like im lying even when... i show them my receipt. ive been given a water cup that has crumbs in it many times as well. Read more
