Last night I ordered a papadia. It took 1.5 hrs to be delivered, even though it was made within the est. 30 min time frame per... their tracker. By the time it got here it wasn't hot, and I live less than half a mile up the road. I chopped the late deliveryup to poor staffing, reheated it, and ate it. I ordered my food at 6:00. It is now 10:12 and still have not gotten my food! They will not answer my phone calls or anything
The one thing they got going for them is, They?re consistent..ly bad, I haven?t gotten the correct 2 liter from them in the... past 6 orders not to mention this new flat freezer style looking pizza that they keep trying to pass off as hand toss. We ordered a small and a medium. The medium was the same size as the small, the small was somehow worst though. It was like... eating flatbread with how it was. This location used to be the best. After covid, everything sucks and everyone hates their job. Undercooked pizzas and rude... staff. This location could shut down it wouldn't be missed. Read more
I came to this location this evening for the $8 carry out special. I was unable to pay for the pizza online (in order to get the... special price) due to an issue with the website. The gentleman who helped me spent several minutes trying to resolve the issue,was unable to, and 10 minutes later brought a pizza out to my car free of charge instead. Update: against my better judgment, I tried this establishment again. I called in an order at 6 pm with a scheduled pick-up time... of 7:15. My wife picked up the pizza at 7:05 and it was ready for pick-up. The receipt says the pick-up was scheduled for 6:45pm. The pizza was cold and it looked like it was missing a significant amount of cheese (picture for reference). I don't knowhow this establishment managed to top their last performance, but bravo, this one took the cake. 1 star rating. Their stuffedcrust pizza is great when baked well, but the last two times the dough has been so flimsy that when you go to pick up a slice,everything just slides off, cheese included. Aside from the pizza being prepared 10 minutes late from a scheduled pick-up thatwas made hours in advance, I understood when I walked in and they only had 2 employees running the restaurant. They've hadhiring signs outside for months, if not all year, for all positions. It appears this establishment is on its last legs. Read more
Was able go in and get a large for $10. Haven't had papas in forever. Still tastes the same. Love the crust and sauce.
