It was the first time that I had got a wrap. I was not too pleased with it I tried to call the store and no one answered. I... asked for no tomatoes easy lettuce and extra ranch. I did get the no tomatoes and easy lettuce but there was no ranch at all onthis wrap it was very dry. I will never order one again. Had to start going to this store on Woodman dr because the other store on Kings ridge drive that I went to for 20+ years has... really went downhill in regards to service and atmosphere and safety. Anyway changing to the Woodman location has proved to bean excellent choice. Even better location, safer area, and better clientele. This location's service is excellent the food isexcellent. I can come in here relax after a hard day's work take my time and eat my meal in peace, safely. Workers arefriendly enough but probably could be a little more friendly. The only thing that I would add to this store is maybe put sometinted windows on the southern side or some kind of blinds because if you're in there and the sun is shining it tends to giveyou quite a blast considering it is a southern facing window. Literaly the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a penstation or any food establishment for that matter. I know... mistakes happen but three times in a row to make a pizza sub with just cheese and pizza sauce yet still is too much to ask for.I have a little one who is a picky eater and with these gas prices having to drive back and fourth for something so simple isunacceptable. Some of the worst consumer service I have received in a really long time. The girl who took the order was very kind, however... whomever the girl was at the cash register, should not have a job regardless if short staffed or not. Accused my 72 year oldgrandmother of stealing a drink, after clearly being charged for one. After bringing the food to the table it was clear thesmall fry, was the same size as the medium (I worked at a different location for 2 years). I mentioned it to the worker and shehad an awful attitude. After asking for a manager she clearly was not having it and ran to her manager loudly proclaiming that Iwas a b****. The manager continuously kept cooking instead of having a conversation. We pick up carry-outs here quietconsistently, and after this we will make the drive to any other location. You?re better off not wasting your time here. Thegirl with the blue hair was kind (not the troubled employee at all) however whichever wasn?t her between Cheyenne and Tami isthe one that the company should be aware of. Read more
Good service, I would like to see a more flavored beef for Philly cheese steak added with fresh french fries. Excellent... combination with a fresh home baked Chocolate chunk cookies, fresh baked bread. Famous for fresh squeezed ????????????lemonades. Read more

The team on duty today (230-3pm, 11/19) was great. They were friendly and fast. When there was a break in the customers they... were wiping down surfaces and preparing for the next customers. They were hustling the whole time I was there. Read more
