Had the best experience this morning at my local Starbucks! Had a rough morning and the team there did a great job to correct... my issue and set me on the course for a much better day! Always friendly, timely service here, even during busy/peak times. We've had the pleasure over the years of watching some of... the baristas climb both the Starbucks ladder to greater responsibilities and get their college educations and move on to thenext phases of their lives. I never go inside. Last drive thru experience, the wrong lid was put on my coffee, and it spilled all over me and my new vehicle... interior. Mistakes are made. I'm not upset about it. All previous drive thru experiences were great. Read more
