From what I can tell the staff working the line had troubles reading the monitor with orders on it and failed to expedite the... orders in a timely manner, they had to call their Manager or Assistant manager/lead to come in and straighten it all out as wewaited in the drive through for about 30 minute's for our food. Drive is slow. I understand that they are under staffed but i ordered a Box,Steak quesadilla, and a burrito. Ask for hot sauce... and got one for all of that. This has happen before. It?s that guy they have working during the days. Read more
I got 3 hard shell tacos. All they had was a very small amount of meat and very very small amount of cheese. I have pictures to... show everyone. The store sits in a parking lot of Sullivan's grocery store. Why couldn't someone run across the parking lot andget some tomatoes and lettuce? It will be a long time before I go back if I ever go back. I'm not a happy customer. I will telleveryone and I'll show them my pictures. I was just there and they apparently they close at 8pm because they are short staffed. Anyways, I ordered 22 items totaling $45... and get home to Atkinson with 9 items missing!!! How do you miss NINE items!!? Two of my children didn't get any of their orderso my husband and I are now not eating dinner so they can. Better believe I'll be there tomorrow and to get this handled!Idiots. Read more

I went through the drive thru a couple weeks ago at like 10pm and they were pretty much out of tacos. They shut down their... fryers and were out of chicken, beef, steak, and lettuce. I proceed to ask if they have Cinnabons and the woman responded sayingthey have enough for a 12 pack so I got those and 2 quesadillas. When I got my food I only had the quesadillas and no Cinnabonsand she told me they didn?t have anymore which confused me. I then leave and open my quesadillas for them to be 2 empty tortillashells. I use the app so I don't have to deal with any miscommunication in placing an order that happens often enough. My order has been... changed the last two visits when I do this by whoever is working the window. Out of ignorance or convenience, I'm unsure, but Iwon't be making another stop to find out. Read more
