Good place to eat a quick sub honestly. Edit: was a five star review but going in the last couple times I'm realizing this place... needs a lot of work. First off stop hiring little kids and go from there. Mangers are all incompetent. Especially the managernamed Lexi shes absolutely horrible with customer service. Read more
ATTENTION!!! If you are working in a job where people can hear you talking, you should probably not scream that you want to ... punch people in the throat. You could hear all the other employees keep telling this girl to be quite and watch what she wassaying 2/1/2022 6:20pm. Threatening people in a work place or well at work is unacceptable. When the drive-thru isn't available for ordering there should be a sign stating so. We spent over 20 minutes in line only to be... told that it was for pickup. I then went inside and placed my order for yet again another 20 minutes for a take out. We gothome, opened up our packages to see that the roast beef and cheddar was on the wrong bread, and the onions on mine were frozen. Not good for the price you pay. Read more
Great food! This location has been getting better at the accuracy of their orders compared to when I first started going here. ... The crew members are not very friendly and neither is the manager. I can't think of a time that the manager wasn't yelling atthe crew when I am there to pick up my online order. Read more
Service is constantly slow. Four or five people in the backand it took about 20 minutes for us to get our subs amongst the four... other people there. Also all there they did mess up another customers order pretty good. It was good so three stars it is. Iwould recommend the manager work with the staff a bit more on the customer service. Greeting customers as they walk in. Makingsure the manager on duty is directing the staff. And definitely speed for orders that are take out. Read more
