I ordered a kids plain cheeseburger Happy meal with double fries instead of apple slices. I was given a regular cheeseburger... with all the works on it which she cannot eat and apple slices. I also ordered chicken nuggets with honey mustard. I was givenone honey mustard that was partially opened and didn't look like honey mustard on the inside. The guy that I paid was veryfriendly but the girl at the pick up window did not even speak not one word. I typically don't go to fast food because I enjoycooking but we had no other option today as we had to go straight to an appointment right after school. The fast food "service"is lacking here. My daughter couldn't eat her cheeseburger and I was able to choke down three chicken nuggets. What a waste! Read more
I used the kiosk to order a dine in breakfast, which instructed me to take a table number, have a seat & wait for my delicious... food. I waited. And waited. An employee came out after a while and asked if I was waiting for food. I said I was as thetable number was still sitting in front of me. She said, "Oh, I called your number a while ago." My bag of food had beensitting at the counter. Not sure why I should've been listening for a number when I ordered dine in. Do us all a favorMcDonald's, just nix the employees & automate everything. I don't know why, but about 50% of the time, when I order a Dr. Pepper, it tastes like it's been mixed with Diet Coke. I don't... know if they're switching the fountain heads or messing with the hoses, but you just never know which one you're going to getwhen you go there. I ordered a Dr. Pepper through the drive thru this morning, and now that I'm at my destination with mybreakfast, I can't drink it because it tastes like Diet Coke. It used to be once in a while it would taste a little off, butstill be drinkable. Over the past few months, it's more and more frequently some weird mix of diet and it's finally to the pointnow that when it's mixed, it's so much diet that I can't even drink it. They're always very friendly and I'm sure they'd give mea new one if I took it back, but I don't have that option now that I'm at work. Read more
Food took for ever could have went home and made something to eat i got one of the meal deals a joke soda flat fries and... sandwich had enough salt to use on hwy 45 in the winter unable to eat or drink any of it pluse the 40 minute wait fast food notif i eat there ever again its because of no others options so bad that road kill would have been healthier then the salt soakedfood and a puddle on the side of road would b safer then there soda Read more
9/19/22-If given a choice I would NOT give them any stars ! Everytime the 2 young boys are working or a young lady and a young... man as they were tonight they shut down the ice cream,shake machines at 9pm I asked the teen boy don?t you stay open until 11:00and he said yeah,but he and his co-worker have other things to clean so they close the ice cream machine earlier(2 hrs early).My husband is sick and wanted an ice cream so I went to West Bend to get it and I told him I would have to travel farther bcuzof them doing this again. This place is never good however tonight took the cake. Not only did the drive-through clerk rush us through our order, she... messed up an item that was supposed to be a meal, then after handing us our food they walked away from the window and of coursemissed a sandwich (the one that was supposed to be a meal). I went in and got my bag (the clerk was walking the bag to me when Iwalked in so I never spoke to her) as I turned to go, another male worker said ?what?s her problem?? Directed toward me. Went through the drive-through to get chicken McNuggets. When I got home I open the container and they have two bites out of two... nuggets so I called them to explain to them that that?s disgusting to give me somebody?s order that they were eating on and thegirl took my address and was going to mail coupons but then she hung up on me very rudely Read more
They can never get an order right. Always missing something no matter if it's breakfast or dinner. Don't bother asking for a... special order because it will be wrong. Don't bother trying to call them when your order is wrong because they won't answer. Idon't even want to give them 1 star even that is too high of a rating for them. Read more
