I appreciate subway trying to upgrade their menu but for being on the Key this subway is not up to par. Their customer service... is horrible, management really needs to work on showing their employees proper customer service and corporate should do checkups as well. Read more

Waiting almost 2 hours for a delivery order that was supposed to be 20 minutes. Took them 35 minutes to prepare the order and... it's been almost another hour waiting for delivery from a location that is 10 minutes away. Perhaps the the worst subway I have ever gone to. They have the same lady working there everyday with THE WORST attitude i have... ever experience in my life. She is unnecessarily RUDE and has terrible customer service. I come here now and then forconvenience sake, but leave feeling mad I did. At first I thought she was just having a bad day, but then I realized thecustomer service is just generally bad here. Due to the pandemic, I typically would be frightened to enter any public place due to how contagious that virus is! Although,... once I walked in, the environment surrounding me was outstanding and extremely clean. I was astonished as to how clean therestaurant was and how well kept it was by its workers. But to my pleasant surprise, the subway employee, Oscar Leyva, whoassisted me was very courteous and passionate about making me my sandwich. In addition, Oscar Leyva made one of the bestsandwiches my young taste buds had ever tasted! Down to the various of ingredients I asked to be placed in my 12 inch Italianherbs and cheese bun. Ultimately, it was an extravagant experience to be served by Mr.Leyva. Hats off to those young hardworkers who are passionate about their way of ?chasing the bag? just like the all time best restaurant server, top subwaysandwich maker and overall great guy, Oscar Leyva! I order food and I ask for a cup of water and the lady nefused to give me water, says the mansger don't allowed, and then I... asked how much is the water and he made up that is was 2.69, its was a cup of water not a bottke by the way. Read more
