They have a very strong outdoors atmosphere here. We got here early and did not have to wait. Got a seat right next to the... water, so we had awesome view. Got TNT shrimp as a appetizer followed by some adult beverages. She got the pasta and I got themargarita pizza. The food was great, service was awesome. This is our first time in the keys. 4.5 stars!! Hubby and I stopped here for lunch and it was enjoyable! You seat yourself in an open cabana, thatch roof... environment. Drink pours were generous and service was quick and good despite the fact that only one wait staff was on duty. Iwish I had noted her name because she was a rock star! The view is incredible and the food was delicious. I want to notethat the silverware was nice and heavy and they use cloth napkins (yeah, that makes a difference to me and I likey!). Half apoint was taken off because they allow pets and don't accept American Express, which we use almost exclusively...thank goodness,we had cash. :( We will definitely return. ???? Read more

Update: returned a couple weeks later. Nearly no service.. Had to go ask for someone to help us. Got same burger.. totally gross... this time. Not cooked decently, no salt or pepper.. Bland. Smashed down. Had it without the gluten free bun. So no bread. Itwas not good. The server had no idea about gluten. Walked her through everything. Table tops not cleaned. So I guess it alldepends on when you go and who you get as a server. ***** Good food. Good service. Gluten Free choices. Knowledgeable staff.Great view of the water. Read more

The Havan chicken. Is the only thing thst saved this place from one star. Less than 40 people in the entire restaurant and the... kitchen is slow. The toast came out burn, but they did try ro hide it by turning it upside down. Could be a great place with abeautiful view, just don't eat Here until the kitchen staff changes. If they will send out burnt bread on $30 meal don't thinkthat anything dropped on the floor won't make it to your table. Read more

Attention Brides. I called and talked to the manager Pam to arrange a reservation for our 30th Vow renewal several weeks before... our arrival. Pretty low key, just 3-4 table decorations and dinner off the menu for 7. We visited the day before andreconfirmed our time, the table we wanted and the fact that I had table decor to drop by the following day. I dropped the decorthe day of the wedding and reconfirmed with that staff again to ensure mgmt knew. When we arrived at five for our celebrationdinner after an absolutely wonderful ceremony not only was our table not decorated but we were seated without any service foralmost 15 minutes. I was given my bag of decor and was told they didn’t have time to decorate by the hostess. She did thisafter we saw her sitting there doing nothing when we arrived and there were at least five staff I observed around the interiorarea doing side jobs. I did talk with Pam at this point who had the empathy of a rock. Now for the good news. Vanessa wasassigned to our table and she is a rock star. She saved our dinner! Words cannot express how grateful we are to her and theband and that view for making our reception the best wedding ever. We danced and ate and put the bad start out of our heads. Wewere literally one minute away from walking out when she showed up. She had waited on us the day before so we knew what a gemshe was and we so appreciated the special attention she gave. The band and the crowd helped us celebrate! Regardless of theresponse the restaurant may post, as a business owner myself, I wanted to share this so that future brides will know theplanning and follow up they need to have to have a trouble free event here as well as notifying the owner that there is somework to do here. Great location and atmosphere. Plenty of outdoor covered seating. Great menu. We ordered a few different plates amongst us. A... burger (medium was very well done), shrimp tacos (delicious) and beef with bell peppers (delicious). Our waitress was excellent. Read more

Stopped here twice while in the Keys for a week's vacation. Saw live music both nights, and the groups were great. Food was... very good - but more importantly the drinks were fantastic. Very strong cocktail game at Havana Jacks. And you can't beat theviews. Their waiting areas - with couches and fire pits - make the wait for a table feel as enjoyable as the dinner itself. They'll even serve food in those areas if that's your preference. Read more
