This is an Arby's along US1 coming to or from the Florida Keys. This will be the last Arby's you will see either way for many... miles. Tania, the drive through server, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was short and snippy with us while ordering. At the... window she handed us our drinks. I placed them and then reached to get my credit card, which I already had out, and saw hershoving her hand towards me and opening and closing it like I was a waste of her time. She did not give us a receipt or straws.In my 4 days in Key Largo we have dined out for every meal, including some fast food. Our customer service experience has beenexceptional. Until now.
