This is an Arby's along US1 coming to or from the Florida Keys. This will be the last Arby's you will see either way for many... miles. Food is fresh and very good staff is highly friendly and playful. I was very hungry so I got the 2 for 7 Gyros. Theyare actually very good gyros for fast food definitely worth a try. We went through the drive through to order for family of 6 and we were placing our order and the gentleman or should I say rude... man taking the order was making spitting noises over the intercom. I placed my order and everything was fine I got my receipt and noticed it said jalapeño slider and I told the lady she made a... mistake and she?s like no I told them to make an normal slider! Tania, the drive through server, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was short and snippy with us while ordering. At the... window she handed us our drinks. I placed them and then reached to get my credit card, which I already had out, and saw hershoving her hand towards me and opening and closing it like I was a waste of her time. She did not give us a receipt or straws.In my 4 days in Key Largo we have dined out for every meal, including some fast food. Our customer service experience has beenexceptional. Until now. Avoid Arby?s on Key Largo. Subway, McDonald?s, and Waffle House will treat you better. Read more
