Asked for the manager and same lady that I wanted to report introduced herself as the owner. I let her know that she was rude... lecturing her employees in front of customers but she replied that she didn?t appreciate my comment. It was a very pleasant experience. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were kind to us but the food was incredibly good.

Quality has gone down hill. Sandwich looks like it was just thrown together, and the lemon in my water had some blemishes on it... Ive never seen before. The portion sizes have gotten smaller from what I remember especially the fries. Service seemed alright,but aside from that, this will be the last Dennys I go to. Read more
A decent place in all respects. Clean, roomy, and a seasoned staff. I was thinking there may be issues when I rolled up,... because there was only one car (an employee) in the parking lot. Ordered our food and drinks w/in 2 minutes and 13 minuteslater was eating. My wife got a steak and I have to say it was cooked perfect. The chef took the time to come out front andspecifically ask how the steak tasted. It's apparent he's wise in the aspect of cooking a steak and letting it sit for a fewminutes before serving. I had chicken fried steak and it was great. Denny's as a whole might be a chain, but these folks downin Key Largo do their best to give you a quality service and meal, especially here. Had to change my review from 5 stars to 2 because of the service I received today. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks and... order taken. My server wasn?t wearing a name tag. I arrived 6/28 at 12pm. The server forgot my mother?s meal so when our partyof 8 got served, she was left without food. The server apologized and brought us her food to go. She took off two cups of $2coffee from our bill, maybe she thought she was doing me some kind of favor? My mother?s food was $12 and did not arrive at alltill we were leaving. This is a wonderful Denny's. The restaurant and facilities are very clean. Parking is adequate. We were seated quickly. The... staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Free wifi is invaluable out here where cell service is sketchy at best. Food wasfresh, flavorful, and had good portions without being too large. The addition of a full bar means mimosas at lunch andcocktails with dinner. Read more
I had the senior salmon with red potatoes and vegetable medley. It was superb. The salmon was perfect, the vegetables nicely... sautéed, and the red potatoes nicely sautéed. The total cost was about half of what other local restaurants charge. Read more
