Our family was on the island for 5 days and we ate 3 meals here, and bought 13 muffins for snacks and to bring home. The food is... delicious, the staff is exceptional and the muffins just melt in your mouth. We cannot recommend this special restaurant enough.We?ll definitely go again if we are on the island. I so wanted to give this a better rating. I knew the place was popular and expected a long line. And our wait was about 40... minute wait. Our server was initially very attentive and quite friendly. Food comes out to the table as it is ready. We hadFrench toast, chocolate chip pancakes, egg white omelette and oatmeal. All very good! However towards the end our waiter seemedto disappear and it took a while to get out check. He seemed to forget the other tables checks too. Super weird. Other thanthat it?s definitely worth a visit. Harriette's restaurant has amazing service and the food was delicious and filling. You really get a bang for your buck at this... restaurant. My friends and I left STUFFED. Fantastic food! There are several small diner-type places in Key Largo, but this is the best one. With fantastic prices for... incredible food, I highly recommend this one over others nearby. The waffles are amazing, I had the Mango Waffle as that was thespecial that day, and you?d except them to be some average waffle but it is a truly incredible waffle. The eggs Benedict arealso quite delicious. The avocado toast was nice, but it wasn?t too incredible. The muffins are outstanding, and while they areexpensive ($5 per) they are exquisite! We were on our way to Key West and stopped at HARIETTE'S for a break. Exactly the way it is we imagined it. American, old,... authentic! We ordered French toast, scrambled eggs and sandwich and of course the classic a key lime muffin. All the disheswere excellent and there was always coffee refilled, very cool! Very happy with our choice to eat breakfast here. It's a small diner, but the wait on a Friday morning was quick. The food came... out even quicker. The hashbrowns were crispy. Benedict eggs were perfectly cooked. The homemade biscuit and muffins were verylarge and flavorful. Overall a nice experience. The parking is tricky.
