Hobo's cafe is located off the highway and its easy to locate. We went here during the lunch hour and it was not very busy. We... got their lobster bisque and it was really tasty. Local spot that offers a good variety of options. Ordered the fish sandwich that was simple but wonderfully flavored. The... wheat toast actually gave it it's simplicity as you typically get a bun or hoagie type bread which makes the bread ratio alittle too much to the amount of fish. I like that the wheat bread allows the flavor of the fish to come through. We also hadthe Tuna appetizer. Tasted fresh and was perfectly seared a flavored. We?re about as big of food junkies as they come. We stopped at 10+ restaurants in all of Florida and this one was by far the... best. I?ve reviewed over 100 restaurants and I?ve only given 3 of them a 10/10 score. This is the 3rd. Cody absolutely killed itwith the service, and the chicken key west was insanely good. And the coconut shrimp was the best we?ve ever had. And we livedin Hawaii for 6 months. That?s saying something. Would give this place a 6/5 if I could. Was a little intimidated by how muchseafood was on the menu (normally the non sea food sucks at sea food restaraunts) but did not disappoint. Read more

Food was ok, had the Crab Sandwich and Po Boy. Sandwich crab patty could have been a bit more cooked and Po Boy was ok. ... Lobster bisque was outstanding. Also had the onion log roll, it was great, but huge. Like 8 people could have split that thing. I'd give the food a 4, price a 3. $130 for 2 adults, 2 kids and an appetizer. Ouch. Read more
