This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. I placed a mobile order for carryout pick-up at 8 pm. I got there and the lobby doors... were locked and i knocked on the window to get the attention of an employee sweeping and he proceeded to ignore me. Then grabbedwhat i am assuming is a manager to come to the window and tell me drive thru when i could clearly see my order sitting on thecarryout table. I called the store and asked why their lobby is closed at least 2 hours early and she said it was because ofshort staff, but then saw her and abother employee going in and out of the side door messing around. I hate coming here becausethe lines take 10-15 minutes every time and the staff is always rude. I work in food service and I understand staff shortagesbut never treated people the way that these workers do. Completely unacceptable. Read more
Bought 2 single cheeseburgers which were supposed to have nothing but cheese on them, 2 jr cheeseburger deluxe and 2 medium... fries. This came out to $25? What we got was cold food? literally cold, did not get change back and we were completelyovercharged. We said whatever as we drove away and realized this, but when we got home and everything was cold and they didn?teven get the order right too? Pathetic. This is why you work at Wendy?s I guess. May legitimately be the most rude and horrible customer service ever. Multiple times I've had items missing from my order and... the manager is always so confidentially wrong about it. You have to legitimately show him the receipt. This place could beturned around if they just got new management and took some accountability. Read more
Most worst experience with Wendy?s! First they missed a spicy chicken sandwich. When I returned, they showed me the receipt on... their end does not have it. I showed on my app that it included a chicken spicy sandwich and I paid for it. They said they onlylook at the receipt on their end and refused to give me the sandwich. In the end they gave me the money and I had to go back tothe drive through line because their walk in is closed! Never ever go back to this Wendy?s location! Read more
I wish there was a real Wendy?s nearby. The food here tastes old and is nearly always cold, flavorless if you even get your... correct order. Takes 30 min every time to just order at the drive thru when there are maybe 2 cars in front of you. Today, thiswas my ?cheeseburger?. Just say you ran out!! Or melt it at least. Surprised corporate hasn?t shut this one down.. theydesperately need to be on one of those restaurant takeover shows. Consistently bad :( Read more
The worst experience that ever occurred! I stop there around 10:15pm and I was aware they closed at 11pm! The drive through wait... times was extremely long (15mins) and there were only 3 cars! When I got to the window, I ask the cashier (white heavy set ladywith long nails) if I can add a drink! She immediately sucked her teeth, rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut in my facewhile she put the order in! She gave me my food and the fries were extremely hard and cold! The nuggets were cold, & the bakepotatoes was horrible! She did not provide condiments or anything! I?m very upset with this place and I will never return again! Read more
Ordered a grilled asiago chicken sandwich.. got home not grilled, fried. And it?s cold? all of it is ICE cold? The bacon is... almost black but it?s cold? The cheese isn?t melted at all?
