My husband and I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with onion rings (to share) and it was very good! The extra plate... the server brought me was dirty, so I used my napkin as an extra plate. The service was good but the restaurant cleanliness wassubpar, including the restroom. Read more
My boyfriend and I stopped there on the afternoon of September 3rd to get something to eat. We waited about 5-10 minutes before... our order was taken. That was due to only having two people taking orders. After we placed our orders it took about another 30minutes before our food had arrived to the table. Our waiter wasn't the one who brought our food. It was someone else whobrought it. We both started to eat out food but I couldn't finish mine due it not tasting right. I also couldn't drink my coffeeI had ordered because the waiter didn't bring me enough milk to put in it. Shortly after we left I got extremely sick due to thefood not being cook through all the way and was burnt on one side and my boyfriend couldn't eat all of his due to the same issueI had with mine. I have a very sensitive stomach and when something isn't cooked all the way I will tend to get sick that willlast for several days. Service was awesome! Nice and friendly! Food was so so...I had 2 Bacon strips, 2 sausage links, 2 scrambles eggs and a... biscuit..bacon was good..didn't care for the sausage or eggs (a bit over done for me)but I ayte them. Will give them anothertry. Enjoyed my visit. Read more
Breakfast was nice, staff friendly. However my wife and son had their pancakes a little black, so had to have them redone. The... cook should have noticed that. Liked the large mural of WV on the wall of forest background. Read more
The quality of food was good and the service was great, but the prices and the portions are way out of proportion.
If I could I would leave no stars at all. The food and service from the staff was atrocious. It took 20 minutes to get our... appetizer. It took over an hour just to get utensils. Our waitress never refilled our drinks. Our waitress (Desiree) didn't evenbring our food another waitress had to bring our food after it sat for nearly 15 minutes. When the food finally arrived we founda partially frozen, unseasoned fry. Our onion rings were burnt and rock hard. The one thing that was asked to put on the burger(caramelized onions) weren't even put on. Finally after waiting over an hour and a half our original waitress came back andasked us to put a review for our meal. The audacity. We will never be returning and I highly recommend anyone looking for foodin the Keyser, WV area to look elsewhere for food. Read more
