Went through the drive thru one day and they were taking orders from the people in the other lane. We sat in line for 10 mins... waiting to get our order taken. The next car pulls in to the other speaker and the drive thru person takes their order rightthen and there. So we thought the speaker was broken, my husband backed up and pulled into the lane for the other speaker. Wesat at the speaker for 5 mins with no one taking our order, any cars that went through to the other speaker was getting theirorders taking. Apparently for some reason they didn't want to take our order. So we gave up and went to Burger King instead. Ifigure they could use my money better than this McDonalds. Since the McDonalds didn't want take our order. So we took our moneyelsewhere. My husband and I pledge to never come to this McDonalds again if they are going to treat their customers that way.Your loss McDonalds. Read more
Don?t even bother they screw up ever order you place. I can?t even go to get 2 drinks without them screwing them up. Let alone... going and getting food waiting 20 plus mins and having the order wrong. Only 3 People I know down there worth anything and whenthey work nothing is wrong. Read more
Not happy with this fast food chain,they have dropped the ball, the quarter pounders are undercooked the Big Macs are a joke the... burgers are so thin some times they have holes in the burgers cuz they're so thin the more interested in speed and not qualityanymore so yeah I am not much of a fan Read more
This is a good McDonald's. Good food, fast and accurate drive through.
Always screws up my meal! The food prices are far beyond the value of sub par fast food. This goes for all fast food chains.... Spend just a couple of bucks more, and enjoy a real meal! Read more
The kid in the drive through took forever to take my order I had to keep repeating it and once we got to the window we had to... wait for him to finish texting before we could pay. I never have a good experience here. Read more
So about 5 pm today pull up to keyser McDonald's and wait in line behind 1 car who has a very large order. I would have gone to... the other lane but a truck was there and figured that the lane would be done sooner. So I wait for them to finish and afterabout 10 minutes worth of them ordering food I pull up to the speaker and am asked if I mind waiting for a moment. I figure fineconsidering the order they just took. I am the only car there. Eventually 10 minutes pass with no response and now new vehiclesarrive. One behind me and now cars are filling the other lane. I still wait patiently and they start taking the other lanesorder and I figure well ok they just picked up the other lane I'll be next. But no. They take a second cars order from the otherlane at which I've now been sitting 15 minutes in silence being asked to wait and others being serviced before me. I say helloto get the persons attention and they say hello can you wait a moment and started servicing a 3rd car from the other lane Icalmly explained that we had been waiting and been asked to wait while 3 other vehicles had gone through and was still patientlywaiting. Instead of an apology or even an attempt to provide service to me and my wife they just said a 3rd time to wait aminute. Not even a please. No apology. Just "I need you to wait". This may seem insignificant but in the scheme of things thisis absolutely terrible customer service. I will not be going back to this McDonald's Read more
