Terrible service. Always has one employee in the mornings, which has made me leave the line more times than I've actually gotten... coffee in it. Even when I do get my order in it can be 5 to 10 minutes to get a drink through the drive-thru. You think thatright now they would know that you need to put more people on in the morning when the rush is.. I know plenty of people willingand ready to work that never get calls back. The management is a joke. Do better! Edit: I'm back this morning and I thought itwould be a safe bet with only two cars in the Drive-Thru. I was wrong I've been sitting in the same spot for 12 minutes. Ifthere are any other coffee places in Keystone please let me know because I don't own a coffee machine and this is my onlyoption. Food was great and service was pleasant ???? Try the hummus toast with tomatoes...it's amazing! So is the avocado/tomato toast... and the grilled cheese pesto sandwich when you want something that's not sweet. The person frosting the donuts today was waytoo stingy with the frosting though! Nice new location but unfortunately the service and quality is it or miss. Orders are usually incorrect and the service is slow,... not sure, it may be due to mobile ordering and few employees. I will share that an employee literally dropped my box of donutson the floor when she went to hand it to me and then picked up the box and handed it to me, seriously lady?.frosting was allover the box?.unacceptable. Placed online order store says it opens at 5. Not a single employee to be found at 530, doors locked and lights off. One... employee on another occasion asked me while I was in the drive through if I thought it would be okay if they closed early at 4pmclosing time was 6pm. Limited menu items close to closing time. I probably come here far more than I should but, the atmosphere is always clean and friendly and the service is always great. As... a Realtor and Real Estate Coach, this has become my casual second office as I meet both clients and agents for a nice cup ofcoffee and a conversation.
