Worse mcdonalds in the area. I haven't been here in over a year thought I'd try here again since I live less than 1 mile away... and they always suck. We had to yell after 15 minutes to get someone to take the drive through order. When I got rhe the windowto pay the 2 ladies continued to talk and it took another few minutes to get change because the conversation was more importantI guess. When I got to the food window I was given a medium drink when I paid for large the lady look at the order and stated Ipaid for medium. I found the receipt on the bag it had large so I showed it to her a d she stated oh yeah I saw it was large butthe lady at the window doesn't pay attention. I wanted to point out neither does she. She did ask if I wanted a large but I wasover it so I said no. I'll never repeat never go to this place again. Everyone is so unprofessional and uncaring of anythingbeing correct. This site shows.$1 drinks, but when you get to cashier, they charge 1.59 plus tax to $1.79. I have twice told staff they needed... to change their sign to reflect correct price, both times being brushed off as just complaining. This last time I again statedthe deceptive prices, and the cocky teen at the window said ?Call corporate. We can?t change it. Call Corporate.? I found a hair in my McGriddle, I was almost halfway through the sandwich and then I bit into it and it kinda pulled like a hair... was in it ???????? I spit it out and there was a hair in it like it fell onto it while it was being made maybe off their clothesor something but what I do know is I don?t think I?ll be going back ? We have no major issue. Some days they have issues and some they don't. With any issue they are always willing to make it... better. My only beef is with how they bag the fries. All I wish is they would just not toss them into the bag. Then the friesare all over the boxes and whatever else is in the bag. Read more
