Management is awesome at this BK. I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but she has taken care of my family's orders 3x in like 2... weeks of me being here. Despite some of the mess that went on with incorrect transactions, she was willing to fix things with asmile, always taking the time to get the order right the 1st time, and make sure that the FOH and the drive thru are all takencare of quickly and treated with the best care. I mean, it is not always the customer is right, sometimes we even make mistakes,but she is a good customer focused manager who makes sure her employees are on point, and people notice and respect that. There is hair in my milkshakes. They gave me half a container of fries the chicken wasnt cooked properly.
No matter what something is going to be wrong....either your burger dont have cheese or they forget something completely...... atleast most of the cashiers are nice now Read more
Train your employees fully before you turn them loose to wait on customers. Missed one item that was clearly ordered,ordered... cheeseburger with ketchup only she removed cheese from burger in keying in order,another burger was supposed to be doublecheeseburger got only one burger and no cheese. Ate it because of time limit . Told manager didn't offer to refund any moneyjust wanted to know if we ate there regular. Read more
It all depends on who working , sometimes your food good. Other times your food can be cold and not well done . I've had some... good fresh fries, other times I've had raw burgers. Some cashiers are so sweet, others can be rude. So really it all dependsto ve honest so go at your own risk. Read more
First off, I waited in line for over 10 whole minutes. Just to have food that is clearly old and not what any paying customer... would want or deserve. The people working made me question whether I wanted to eat the food to begin with. To too it off, I'msure the fries are mixed with old and fresh ones. This really ruined my day. I don't eat fast food often, and when I do; Ipreferred Burger King. This experience has made me not want it anymore. An avid traveler as well as I review often. Hurts me tohave to say this about bk. Food was hot and fresh. Lady working front end was super nice. I'll definitely stop back in when in this area again.
